Old, recently renovated, free standing stone house in the village of Flaux near Uzès

The house is in the centre of the village of Flaux which is about 6 km from Uzès.  No animals permitted!

The 2 storey house has just been successfully renovated, whereby the old features were kept and modern comfort (central heating, modern kitchen and bathrooms) have been installed. 

The large living area has an open fire with French windows on to the terrace and garden.  A satellite TV (BBC + CNN etc) with VCR is installed.  Furthermore a hifi CD player is available 

Adjacent comfortable dining area.

The large kitchen is very light. 

 There are two large fridge/freezers and all modern equipment (e.g. dishwasher, microwave, 5 gas burners, large oven).  The kitchen also has access to the terrace and garden.  Next to the kitchen is a storage /utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Both the living-room and the kitchen give access to the terrace where there is a large table and chairs for outside dining.  This terrace is South facing and one of the highlights of the house.

 The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms of which two have double beds

 and two have twin beds. (the above 2 left pictures are of one of the twin bedrooms, the two pictures on the right are of the master bedroom having a double-bed and ensuite bathroom) There is one further bathroom and one shower-room all with WC's plus one separate WC

The house is set in a south facing garden of ± 850 m².  There is a  3 x 9.5 m swimming pool.  A large metal gate gives access to the garden and in front of the house is a small metal gate which gives access to the small front garden and front door.  4 bicycles - BBQ - 2 loungers - 4 deckchairs are available for the guests use.   There is parking in front of the house.
