Petite Magnanerie" is set on the edge of a secluded hamlet (called
St-Loup, near Vacquières and Corconne) with uninterrupted views of
vineyards and mountains.
It is an ideal place to relax for a few weeks
and be alone with family and friends. Whilst the exterior,
patio and garden are classic provencal, the interior is modern,
contemporary.
There is excellent canoeing on the
Herault,
Tarn and Ardèche rivers, as well as nearby tennis courts and (within
½ hour's drive) golf courses. Riding, pony-trekking and
fishing opportunities are plentiful. |

Description of the property
|
The living area of the house is 180 m². and is
divided as follows
The ground floor is open plan with a small
hallway (toilet off of it) leading into the kitchen, dining and
living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large
fridge etc etc. There is a washing machine in an outhouse
The stairs lead to a mezzanine with tv/radio &
CD player-reading-relax
area and an en suite bedroom (double bed). There is a full bathroom
on that floor.
A circular wooden
staircase leads to the third floor which has the master bedroom
(double bed) with truly spectacular, real- live- art views and a
large dressing room, and two other bedrooms (each two single beds)
with romantic views of the church spire and red tile roof tops of
the hamlet. There is also a shower room and separate toilet.

The house is set in a garden of 1600 m² in which there is a pool of
10 x 4 meters. As a protection for children there is a fence,
with two lockable gates,
separating the part of the garden in which the pool is located! |

Information on
the area

The house is 40 minutes from either Nimes or Montpellier Airport
both of which have regular flights from Stansted and Luton
Airports. It is one and a half hours from Marseilles Airport. The
closest towns are Corconnes, Quissac and Sommiers.

It is the ideal place from which to visit Nimes, Arles,
Montpellier, Avignon, the Camargue with its fishing villages,
beaches, rice fields and wildlife, the Cevennes, Uzes and the
countless villages of Provence.

Visit the village markets selling the best of local produce, the
vineyards selling marvellous wines ( not too far from Chateau
Neuf de Pape)
- River bathing can be enjoyed on the Gardon near Anduze, at
Mialet and at St.Jean-du-Gard

Our further rental conditions:
Not included in the rental prices are
- Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of € 500 ( euro), to be
reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure, in full or deducted
for repairs.
- Obligatory rental of linen at € 10 (euro) per person for
1 set
- Optional: Rental of towels, Bath/Hand-towel € 4/3
(euro)/pc
- Single cleaning charge of € 100 (euro)
Arrival / Departure :
- Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7 pm
- Departure is Saturday, not later than 10 am
Payment of rental and deposit:
- 50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is
only confirmed after this down payment has been received.
- 50% plus deposit, 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations :
- If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned
arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days
before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will
be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us 59 or fewer days before the
planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
