A beautifully restored stone house of the early 17th century in old part of the village of St. Siffret. The house is owner occupied when they are in the region and is consequently very comfortable and elegantly furnished. Swimming pool and 2/3 bedrooms, sleeps 4 (or 6 temporarily).
No children under 15 years, or pets are allowed.

Gill's House For Rent With Pool

The spacious living room has a high ceiling and a magnificent view over the hills and the village. The living room has an air-conditioner installed. The large upstairs suite looks out over a small swimming pool (5.5mx 3.15m) and a walled in garden that assures privacy. Parking in front of the entrance gate.

Rental Kitchen

The whole house comfortably electrically heated. Cleaning lady included for 1 hour each week, available at additional charge for more cleaning if requested.
A 3rd bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite shower/basin/WC is available for an extra 100 € (euro) per week.

Not included in the rental prices are

Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of € 400 (euro), to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure, in full or deducted for repairs.
Telephone as per France Telecom's bill which will be provided within 8 weeks after your stay.
Obligatory rental of linen at € 10 (euro) per person for 1 set
Optional: Rental of towels, Bath-towel € 4 (euro)/pc, hand-towel € 3 (euro)/pc
Single cleaning charge of € 100 (euro)
Electricity € 80 (euro) per week
For heating, if needed, € 120 (euro)/per week

Arrival / Departure :

Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7 pm
Departure is Saturday not later than 10 am
No children under 15 years, nor are pets allowed.

Payment of rental and deposit:

50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received.
50% plus deposit, 8 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations :

If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
