Le Sabatier, set in one hectare of natural
woodland and parterred garden above the old hamlet of Tornac,
approximate 2 kms from Anduze. The house sits in superb, tranquil
gardens with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.
Its offers excellent accommodation and is decorated and furnished to a
high standard with every comfort imaginable. The property is set
amongst vineyards and olive groves.
The fenced swimming pool.


Tornac is situated a few kms from Anduze, the gateway
to the Cévennes. Anduze is a thriving town with restaurants, two
supermarkets, cafes, an excellent market on Thursdays, a flea market on
Sundays.

| The housekeeper is English speaking and lives
permanently in the next village. The house has security
shutters, locks and security lighting and gates.

dining area, comfortable chairs, woodburner and TV. Fully
glazed doors to covered terrace with outside table and barbecue

The house offers excellent accommodation and is decorated and
furnished to a high standard with every comfort imaginable -
including a well stocked library. There is satellite TV,
telephone, internet The furnishing is a mixture
of new and antique and all bedrooms have proper storage and hanging
space for clothes. There are electric shutters on most of the
windows and doors. There is a wood burning stove and
central heating, so is ideal for a winter's break for skiing and
walking in the Cevennes.
The kitchen
The house is comprehensively equipped with:
Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, 2
fridge/freezers, central heating, wood-burner, TV & DVD, barbecue,
private pool. All linen is included, child's cot can be
provided on request.

Our further rental conditions:
Not included in the rental prices are
- Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of € 400 (euro),
to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure, in full or
deducted for repairs.
- Telephone as per France Telecoms bill, which will be
provided within 8 weeks after your stay.
- Electricity € 50 (euro) per week
- For heating, if needed, € 80 (euro)/per week
Arrival / Departure :
- Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7 pm
- Departure is Saturday not later than 10 am
Payment of rental and deposit:
- 50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is
only confirmed after this down payment has been received.
- 50% plus deposit, 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations :
- If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned
arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days
before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will
be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the
planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
